Erin Mitchell, MNM, BSCIS

Founder & Lead Operational Engineer

With a dual background in Computer Information Systems (BSCIS) and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management (MNM)—where she was inducted into the Pi Alpha Alpha Global Honor Society and received the Degree Chair Award—Erin Mitchell brings over a decade of enterprise-grade IT implementation directly to growing service businesses. Continuing her commitment to lifelong leadership and operational excellence, she is currently pursuing her MBA at her alma mater.

During her 12 years with the American Red Cross as an Information Technology Specialist, Erin’s career spanned helpdesk coordination, system administration, and IT operations . She served as an EasyVista Administrator configuring system enhancements, developed enterprise policies and SOPs, and served as the Project Lead for an enterprise-wide Office 365 license transition that yielded over $2 million in cost savings.

Today, Erin leverages that extensive background in IT infrastructure, process optimization, and project coordination through Erin Mitchell Consulting, helping service-based business owners eliminate operational complexity, optimize their tech stacks, and scale cleanly.
